Our bracelets are crafted using high-quality beads and stretchy jewelry cord. These materials provide durability and flexibility for a comfortable fit.

Can I adjust the size of a bracelet?

Our bracelets are not adjustable, as they are created with beads and stretchy jewelry cord. However, the stretchy cord allows for a flexible and comfortable fit for most wrist sizes.

How do I care for my bracelet?
To maintain the quality and longevity of your bracelet avoid exposing it to harsh chemicals, excessive moisture, or prolonged direct sunlight. It is best to remove the bracelet before engaging in activities like swimming or showering.

Are the bead bracelets safe for children?
Our bead bracelets contain small parts and may pose a choking hazard for children under 3 years of age. As such, we recommend these bracelets for teenagers and adults only.


Can I return or exchange my bracelet?

All sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please refer to our No Return Policy for more details.

How long does shipping take?
We ship all orders on Mondays via standard shipping. The estimated delivery time will depend on your location and the shipping provider. Please allow additional time for processing and delivery during peak seasons or holidays.

Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

What if my bracelet arrives damaged or defective?
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective bracelet, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will assess the situation and may provide a replacement if the issue is due to a manufacturing error and not caused by misuse.

Can I wear my bracelet while playing sports or during physical activities?
While our bracelets are designed to be durable, it is recommended to remove the bracelet during intense physical activities to prevent damage or breakage.
